Service Outage 2011-11-04
Problem
- Our Demo pages were down from (approx GMT 09:30 - 17:00) as we worked on a issue brought about by a version upgrade
Improvements Made
- we are bringing forward plans to improve the way we communicate when errors occur
- the first is the introduction of this Tec Blog where we can be clearer about what's happening
- we are also working on other Tec Support features that we post about shortly
Of Note
- our client services were not effected
